Love for the Land of Puglia
The Colavito Agricultural Farm has been cultivating the Bari Murgia for years with the love that tradition and the bond with this land dictate, combined with the innovation and care that modern harvesting techniques require. Starting with a few olive trees and a small vineyard, today we manage dozens of hectares including olive groves, cherry orchards, almond groves, and plum orchards.
Our philosophy has not changed: respecting the rhythms of nature, harvesting at the right time, and processing with care.
